» To graduate from D3, D2, D1, S1, Polytechnic, Academy, etc. : 2 sheets of copy Transcript and Diploma. | | Submit recent photographs of size 2 x 3, 3 x 4, 4 x 6 (4 pieces each) - be followed | | Notes (Explanation) : | | For Diploma / STTB / Transcript, when sufficient registration a copy of his course.
